Class Act Reporting Agency became an LLC in 2006 when Clarissa Flemming joined the company as a 50 percent partner. Clarissa has been a Registered Professional Reporter and Registered Merit Reporter since 1990. She worked as an official court reporter for the City of Philadelphia until becoming a partner at Class Act. Now Class Act prides itself on being a family-owned and operated business. Clarissa is Rose's niece, and together, they hold some of the highest achievable certifications offered by the National Court Reporters Association and have a combined total of over 40 years experience in the court reporting profession.
