Class Act Reporting Agency became an LLC in 2006 when Clarissa Flemming joined the company as a 50 percent partner. Clarissa has been a Registered Professional Reporter and Registered Merit Reporter since 1990. She worked as an official court reporter for the City of Philadelphia until becoming a partner at Class Act. Clarissa is Rose's niece, and together, they hold some of the highest achievable certifications offered by the National Court Reporters Association and have a combined total of over 40 years experience in the court reporting profession.
	In a highly competitive marketplace, the "bigger the better" mindset seems to diminish the need for familiarity and individualized service. Knowing our clients’ needs, wants and anticipating the "what-ifs" are what sets us apart from any other agency.
	Class Act presently hold a contract with the City of Philadelphia to cover all of their arbitrations, hearings and meetings. They also hold a contract with the entire State of New Jersey for all of their various legal departments and agencies.
